TVESA Shipping Policy

At TVESA, every order is prepared with care to ensure your guilt-free luxury bites reach you fresh, safe, and on time.
Below is our detailed shipping policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Weโ€™ll keep you informed.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available yet, but coming soon.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timeline after dispatch:

Metro Cities 2โ€“4 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 3โ€“6 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 5โ€“8 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen logistics situations.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special campaigns or above a certain cart value.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment at any time until delivery.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

TVESA is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Courier unable to contact the customer

If the package returns to us, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

We take product quality seriously. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong item

  • A missing item

Please share unboxing video + images with us within 24 hours of delivery at support@tvesa.in or WhatsApp customer care.
We will review and resolve the issue immediately.


8. Perishable Item Notice

Our snacks are made with real ingredients and no preservatives.
Please ensure timely delivery acceptance. We cannot replace items that were delayed due to customer unavailability.
